Terms & Conditions – Shipping & Returns

All prices are listed and billed in Canadian dollars and Payments are made in Canadian Dollars.

Usage of the currency converter should be used for informational purposes only.

Pictures shown on our website are as close as possible to reality but can vary depending on your screen resolution & settings.

SHIPPING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. During sale periods, processing times may take longer. Orders placed on weekends and Holidays will be shipped on the first or second upcoming regular business day. We reserve the right to make delivery in installments based on product supply or give a refund for an out of stock item.

Since inventory can change significantly from day to day, an item may be in stock when you initially place your order, and be sold out by the time your order is processed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will make every effort to re-stock as soon as possible. Do to the nature of our business, an order can take from two (2) to eleven (11) working days for delivery (in Canada). It could take up to 2 months for international delivery before you receive your parcel.

If you have selected an upgraded method of shipment, these designated methods of shipment do not change the length of time it takes us to process your order and prepare it to ship from our warehouse. It only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our store.

RETURNS

Refunded products must not have been washed or damaged and in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send us a copy of your internet receipt or give us your order number to accelerate the process of your return or exchange.

Our tags must be on all returned clothing items (t-shirt, hoodie, beanie, sweatshirt, baseball hat) and must be within 14 days of original date of purchase when they are shipped back to us.

Exchange by mail:

A restocking fee of 10% will apply on the returned merchandise and shipping will have to be paid for by the customer to return and to receive the exchanged goods.

Refund by mail:

A restocking fee of 10% will apply on the returned merchandise and shipping will have to be paid for by the customer to return goods.

If the revised order is less than $100 before taxes, the original shipping charge on your order will be subtracted from your refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned merchandise.  Refund is made through Paypal.

Exchange in store:

No restocking fees.  No shipping to pay.

Refund in store:

Refund will be paid with Paypal and we will subtract the cost of shipping on revised orders less than $100 before taxes.
